I am sending this image a second time to add more detail I think will be helpful. This sliding latch is for a triple track storm window. The width is
5/8" and the length is 3-1/4". The right angle leg is 3/16" wide and 1/8" thick.
The sliding bar has a nob or stop so it latches when in slides into the track
