I am a Broker of KJ Realty, I have lots of my clients who have Rental Properties, almost total 30 houses in Valencia area. And almost of all the houses have the window balance problems.
One of the house have a broken balance, its' length is 18", but I've seen your items, only 15" and 19"...so which can I choose it?
Do you have 18"? or 19" will fit on it? please let me know. Thank you so much.

Hi there. It sounds like you have quite the project there. We are happy to provide some input. We'd like for you to send us some photos of the balance you are looking to replace. Please include any stampings/markings you may find on the balance.
