I need two of the plastic part in image 2. It is broken so that's the best pic I can provide. I'm sure the spring part in pic one is still good. Can you help?

See our 16-031 Mounting Bracket, which is used with the 15-087 Pivot Shoe. See if this is what you need.

I am in need of two of each of these for my 70 series double hung window they are 6 lbs

Hello! That appears to be the same balance assembly as shown in the photos above. If you haven't already, I highly recommend reviewing the products that Bob recommended back in 2021 to verify that our products match.

If you also needed a coil spring to go with them, then you can use the Series 180.
