broken balancers on Certainteed double hung windows purchased in 1994

Can you identify the part number of the balancers in the photo attached. I have five window and I have two windows with broken balancers

the size of one of the windows is 48 x 60 and they are double pane and both windows move up and down

Your photo shows me you have a broken pivot lock shoe. It's hard to tell exactly what it is, but it may be our 15-192. Carefully compare it to your own and let me know if that's the case. Your coil springs look okay, but if you need to replace them, as well, and if the 15-192 is a match, check out our Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs.
