Hi, it looks like you have Benchmark bi-fold doors. The bracket you need should be the 21-209 used with the 21-002 threaded pivot pin. The guide pin in the photo is part of our 21-044 pin assembly. Look everything over and let us know what you think.

That looks about right! Would I need to order 2 brackets (too and bottom)?

If both are damaged, then yes. Keep in mind that usually the top lasts longer than the bottom bracket.
