The manufacture of this was Thermo Industries and was a Sellebrity Casement Series window. I started this process a few months back and the manufacture too a long time so now it is winter and I am not sure if you can identify form the one picture.
What would I need to do to get this part identified?

Please take a look and see if our 39-221B sill mount operator would make a good substitute for you.

I am not sure because the one I have now has 2 arms.

In that case, we would need for you to remove it from the window and upload new photos and measurements for us to see.
