broken channel balances

Manufacturer unknown. upper part of window is immobile. lower sash goes up & down, & tilts out. it is connected to the channel balance along its lower edge. the spring in balance was attached to plastic piece of upper end of balance, but that piece has broken. spring length is 15 1/4". balance length is 33".
