broken channel balances need to replace

Ho there,
Our built 17 years house has 10 PCS up/down windows. We found the most of them have issues to open, which is causing by channel balances are off their positions. When we took one of the channel balance off the window frame, broken shoe (bottom) has been found.
It has stamped on channel back, which has been shown 27 4 BSI OT. I found S390 design is closed to my original balance design. The only difference is the height of the shoe. My ones height is 1.5", instead of 1" 15-001 has.
Question: My channel balance metal length is 27 5/8". The channel width is 1/2". Which length I need select to order for our replacement?

Thanks for posting. Our Series 390 will not replace this; you have a special kind of balance that will have to be a custom order. Fortunately we can supply it, and thanks to your helpful pictures we have everything we need to get started. Can you just confirm how many you need? You mentioned 10 pieces, but I'm not sure if that was how many windows you have or how many balances you need. Please let me know!
