broken closet door piece
I'd like to replace the fixture but it doesn't look like it comes off easy and might not be replaceable. The fixture is plastic at the top and appears to have broken off. I've included a picture and welcome your feedback.
I was not able to send a picture with this message but if you respond via email I can send it in my response to you.
Thank you
Savander
You may reply to this post with your photos for us to have a look, or you may email your photos to help@swisco.com. Just be sure to include your reference number in the email, D158946. Thank you.

I checked with our customer service department and I went ahead and checked our email system, we did not receive any emails from the email address you're using to correspond with us on. Did you happen to use another email address when you sent your photos in? If so, may I have that address please? Thank you.
Thanks again for your response. I'm resending the picture of the door and will include the reference number. I do have a related question. If I should need to replace the door is the someone in my area that can do the installation? I also have another close with that I'd like to have replaced with mirrors but not confident in my ability to install. I welcome you advise.
Regards
Savander
Ok. We still have not received your photos as of yet. I am not sure if you are trying to reply with your photos here or if you're emailing them to our email address at help@swisco.com. I checked both places again and I didn't see any photos come from the email address you have provided. Once we do receive them, we will have a look and see what can be done. To answer your question about installation, we are only an e-commerce company that offers replacement hardware online. We do not have or know of any installers that can help you with the repairs. You will need to contact a company in your area for additional assistance.
There's the photo! At one time, we did carry this closet door guide, but it since has been discontinued and now out of production. The manufacturer has since recommended to go with our 23-093 as an alternative. We have had customers inform us that this works great. Take a look and let us know what you think.

Savander
Hey, Savander. Screws are not included with the 23-093, however it doesn't look like your old guide even uses them. It looks like it uses the hooks to latch on, which is pretty common.
There are no special tools needed for installation, though needle-nose pliers will be helpful when you go to unhook the old guide from the frame. It'll be easier than using your fingers, at any rate, trust me!
