Thanks for writing in! You crank operator appears to be a Roto brand part. Your handle reminds me of the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle with an 11/32" spline. Take a look and see if this is the right fit for your operator.

Unfortunately, we do not carry the compatible cover.
