broken door latch

Our Cole Sewell door has the number 091699900400001 on it. The door latch is broken and we cannot find a part number on it. Please help!

Welcome to our site. Cole Sewell has been out of business for a hot minute, so this gets really tough. Their codes have essentially been lost to the sands of time, so we can't use them for much anymore. The only way left to identify these things is photographically. Can you send some photos for us to look at and match up to our catalog?
