broken drawers and upset wife

Home Owner from Santa Rosa, CA
I have a drawer system that looks very close (or it is) on this location (the demo view, 3rd picture shown)
Heavy-Duty-Kenlin-Socket-Rite-Trak-Drawer-System/pd/Replacement-Drawer-Sockets/32-082
and on several drawers either the metal is bent (from drawers falling) and/or both plastic pieces are broken. Some drawers are 12" and some are 14". What part(s) do I need to fix these so I can have peace with my wife?

Well, as far as the metal track shown in the demo view of product 32-082, unfortunately it is not available.

So, if you end up confirming the metal track is indeed bent, try contacting your furniture manufacturer or Kenlin directly.

Moving on, the other Kenlin hardware that work with the track are the 32-076 Case Runner, and the interchangeable 32-081 and 32-082 (heavy duty) drawer sockets.

Take a look at those parts and let me know if you have any other questions.

i have 32-081 and keep breaking them. the drawers are getting annoying to operate. i have used all the manufacturer warrantied pieces adn want to replace them all with something that will last longer. if i need to buy the entire drawer slide in a different configuration that is okay too. please let me knw what will interchange. what difference is the heavy duty 32-082. it looks the same to me the reinforcement needs to be on the part that sticks out. that is what keeps breaking on mine. drawers are heavy but not really, they should not be breaking all the time.

thanks
Jim

The 32-081 and 32-082 are interchangeable; the difference is the metal facing on the 32-082.
