Can't find any markings or numbers.
The part at the end of the gear levers will not stay attached to the window.

Hi there!

It sounds like you're referring to the black slider piece on your hinge. I'm afraid we don't sell that piece separately so you'll need a new hinge set. Start by taking a look at our 36-048 and 36-049 and see if our dimensions match the original hardware. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
