Thanks for writing in! There are two different hinges that populate when searching for the number stamped on the hardware. That said, I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the base plate on your hinges; however, we do have a few replacement options that could potentially work for you.

Take a look at our 32-344 and 32-349. I cannot make any guarantees but carefully compare each of them to determine whether either of these might be worth considering.
