I have at least one pair of 3.5" window closures that are broken. These are the items on either side of the window. I need to look at all of our windows (many) but I believe I have at least one broken latch/lock as well. A picture of each item is attached. Would you provide part number and pricing for these items? Hi, Barrie. Your lock looks like it could be a match for our 90-005 or maybe even our 90-075. The difference is the size of the throw, or "tongue." I can't quite tell what yours is but it looks like it could be big.
The tilt latches are unfortunately not made anymore. You may be better off substituting with a surface mount tilt latch. These are different than the others in that they just screw on. We have a video tutorial that shows how we do this. We find it to be an easier solution for sashes like yours. Let me know what you think!
