broken lift in MI window

Question

I have a MI window where part of the outer -upper sash has broken- one of the parts as shown in IMG 3249  with the second picture IMG 3258 showing the same part on a different window that is still working well.  Do you sell these parts?  Can it be replaced in the outer track?

Please review the style of the 15-180 pivot shoe that uses the Series 190 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

For a 16.2 pound window sash, you can use a single coil set up. You can use (1) S190-840 coil spring on each side along with the 15-186 balance clip and 15-182 bushing. I recommend replacing both sides at once for the window to function correctly.
