broken part

1 and 3/4 inch part that should look like a T but one side is broken off. Our window now cannot stay up. Where can I get this part? I cannot get a picture of it installed because it is inside the frame.

I already send one email to you but I was able to find the broken off part in the trash. So here are two more pictures of what it should like like.
