I'm afraid that we don't sell this exact pivot bar, but I will do my best to find something that can work for you. Before we can go any further, can you show me a picture of the pivot shoe this interacts with? I need to know what kind of compatibility we need to look out for before I can find an adequate alternative.

Two pictures are the left side of the window when looking from inside the house. It appears something there appears to be broken as well. The other two pictures are the sorry that was working.

Thank you. This appears to be a knife lock style shoe. We only sell one style of pivot bar that's compatible with this style of shoe and that's our 26-150. This is notably different than yours in that it mounts on the sides of the sash rather than underneath it.
This may still work for you, but it will require you to retrofit it to install on the sides. That's assuming that you have room to do so, of course. Look it over and see what you think.
