broken part on Simonton Pro-finish double hung window.

this part pictured on the first two photos is now on one of the windows in the correct place. It slid down to the bottom of the frame and is broken. We have pro-finish contractor Simonton windows installed in 2018.

Hello there!
We should be able to assist with this. Can you remove the pivot shoe from the window and show us some photos? Once we ID that, we can determine the compatible springs and supports.
