Based on your photos, you have either our Series 390 or Series 351. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match. I'm not sure about the top sash guide. Can you remove one and show me a couple more pictures? I'd like to see it from the front and side. Think of it like a mug shot. Comparison of the S351 and S390 balance shoes.

Thanks, Alex. You're correct, yours was likely 1-1/8" and wore down over time. You can buy two to test out, if you wish. You can also see our return policy here, if you'd like peace of mind. |

Yep, I know you need a new top sash guide. I still would like to see it out of the window so we can see it from both the front and side. I don't recognize what you have and I will need to track down a suitable substitute. |

Thank you! This is a huge help. Looking at that side profile, I feel confident that our 18-182 is a suitable match. The bad news is that it's not made in white, but I believe it should still work for you otherwise. |

Great, I'm glad you decided on what you need. All orders can be placed on our site at your convenience. The channel balance option is determined by the stamp printed on your original. If your balance lacks a stamp, or if you don't know how to interpret it, then you can weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the weight chart we show on that balance's store page. |
