broken pieces

A home owner from 33486 says:
Hi,

It seems that the plastic pieces holding my windows that are 30+ years old are all breaking.

I have taken out the channels balances out and they seem OK, but on windows having issue its all the plastic that is broken.

Based on the pics, I have provided, is it possible to just get the plastic pieces for the channel balances, window frame and window itself?

Thanks,
Darius.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Due to the age of your windows, I would recommend replacing the balances entirely. Take a look at our S377-31 channel balance with 3020 spring strength options. Also, see our 16-023 take out clips and 18-042 top sash guides and see how they compare to undamaged hardware from your other windows.

Unfortunately, our company does not supply window frames or sashes. That is something you would need to contact a local window fabricator for. Thanks for posting!
