broken pivot bar

I have a broken pivot bar in an approximately 2006 simonton double hung window (hurricane glass) for Tampa Florida. The installer is no longer in business. Do you have a suggestion for what type of pivot bar to purchase?

We only carry one Simonton brand pivot bar, the 26-336, which is a good place to start but we can't be sure if this is what you need without seeing your original part.
