broken pivot bar

Cannot seem to locate a who made my windows, but the pictures (with measurements as best I can make) show the part in question. There is some text on the bottom that seems to read SPECT US. Both bars have now broken on my bathroom window making it impossible to keep open. Any help identifying this specific part or an equivalent as a replacement would be much appreciated.
