broken pivot bar (aka sash tilt pin)

Question

I am helping an elderly friend with a window that was, I believe, manufactured by your company. The window "pivot bar" (aka "sash tilt pin") is broken. See the attached 5 photos. Does this look like your window? If yes, do you sell a replacement "pivot bar" part?

I don't recognize the window manufacturer, but we carry pivot bars compatible with the pivot shoe shown in your photos. We can't be sure if one of them would work in your window without seeing the original pivot bar uninstalled, but take a look and compare the specifications of the related options to yours.
