broken pivot lock

We are looking for the part for our Swisco window where the pivot lock has been broken.

This looks like piece of a 15-192 Pivot Shoe to me. Take a look and see if you agree.

Well the window guy said I need the part that is in picture 4 above. Then just take the screw out and put the new one in. I'm confused on just this one part, unless it comes as the photo above #4.

Well, your pivot shoe's body is broken in half, so it absolutely needs to be replaced; otherwise, there's no way to secure the window sash into the window. The assembly still in the window in your photo houses the Coil balances, spring-loaded mechanisms that regulate the opening and closing of the window. The 15-192 uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. The video below goes into more detail.
