I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with this shoe. Before I recommend anything, can you show me a photo of the spiral balance that you mentioned? I'm looking to get a better idea of how it interacts with this shoe. That may help me track down a suitable replacement for you. Thanks!

Thank you for your reponse.
I attach two pics below.
I replace my old balance with S600-28 from SWISCO, and it works.
I am looking for pivot shoes which fitting S600-28 and the same thickness and width as the old one.

These photos are a huge help, thank you. Based on what I see here, I feel confident that our 15-178 can work for you. Even though it's an inch taller, that shouldn't affect its function. The width and thickness match, which are more important, and it should also be compatible with your balance spring and pivot bar.
