broken plastic piece

Question

Trying to identify and buy the broken plastic piece that is connected to metal piece.  Need one for top and bottom of my window as it will not stay in place if I open the window

Thank you for reaching out to us! The plastic piece you're referring to isn't sold by itself, unfortunately. We can only supply a new hinge set such as the 36-048. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
