broken plastic stop piece in top of "NAMI" window corner for Caldwell Block and Tackle Channel Balances to stop against.

Question

The Caldwell block and tackle channel balances in my "NAMI" windows have had the string in the system breaking recently and several of them have recoiled upward so strongly that the balances have completely broken off the plastic stop part attached inside the window frame at the top corner on each side. This small plastic part which functions as a stop for the balance, preventing it from coming up through the window corner, has to be in place and working or the entire window won't work. It is essential and I need to know where I can buy relacements. Thanks Roy
