Your coil balance shoe looks similar to our 15-180. This is usually used with the S190 coil. Remove your coil from the window to see what spring strength number is stamped on it. If it has the #440 stamp then it could be the S190-440 coil. Please see the related parts and installation videos to make sure you get everything that you need to complete your repair.
