broken sash component

hello - i have a broken window sash component. i was wondering if this replacement part was still in stock. if not, are there recommended ways to repair the sash?

Hello,

Thanks for posting! The balance assembly you have here has been discontinued but I do believe we have a replacement solution that will work for your repairs.

I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any that could possibly still be in the window track. Please also confirm the length of an undamaged balance, the diameter of the spring on the balance, and the weight of the window sash.

If you do not have access to an undamaged balance, I'll need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane in the window. This should only the glass you can see.
