broken sash counterbalance

Thanks for posting. Could you confirm the length of the spiral balance, not including the colored tip or spiral rod--it looks to be about 29" from your photo, but I can't be entirely sure. Can you also confirm the diameter of the outer tube? From there we should be able to identify the right balance for you. Many thanks.

Thanks for this information. Based on those measurements, see our S900-29. You will need a red tip, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 10 through 22 lbs.
