broken shoe balance

Question

I was able to see the shoe balance stay at the bottom of my window when I pushed the window up, and saw the following stamp on it:

25 9 FV CMC 7

Not sure who is the manufacturer or if there's a similar replacement part for it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

We should be able to help but we would need to see photos of your balance assembly removed from the window, including the top and bottom fittings to compare to our inventory.

You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which strength option you'll need since your 25 9 stamp is from an outdated system. Thank you!
