broken slider door handle

Home Owner from dewitt, IA 52742

This is a Silverline sliding door. It wa in the house when we bought it 10 years ago.  the house was 15 years old but we think the door was added sometime during those 15 years.  obviously out of warranty.

We need a new handle.  photos attached of the sticker inside the door frame identifying the door, the extrior handle, the broken handle, the outside frame with the hardware and the inside frame with the hardware.

in case you need it, the distance between the inside screws on the door is 3 1/4 inches, and the distance on the wider set screws is 11 inches.

Please let me know that you received this and hopefully, that you'll be able to send us a new handle.

Thanks

Cindy

Hey Cindy. This looks like the 82-086 or non-keyed 82-086 Handle Set to me. Please compare. Note the hole spacing is measured from the center of each mounting hole.

That kind of damage to the inside pull can indicate the sliding door rollers or track need maintenance. See the guide below.

Hi  Bob
thanks so much for getting back to me.  I think you are correct.  Ours has a key. can you illustrate for me what the mounting holes are by circling or inicating somehow on one of the pictures that I included?  I want to make certain I have the right measuremnts before I order.
Appreciate it

Hey Cindy. The mounting holes are the holes on the pull that screws go into to secure the handle set to the door. See where it is marked 3-15/16" below.
