l-shaped piece located at the top corners of movable sash they insert into the plastic part at the top of the channel balances to carry the weight of the sash approx. 3/4 x 1/2 x 1/2 when sash is re-inserted in proper position they are attached with a screw with a sash guide

is there somewhere on your web site that i may view the sash support part i can send a picture of the broken part if necessary someone mangled the working parts of this window trying to open it or fix it you could call me,

I'm honestly not sure whether it's top sash guides you need or some other part, but check out our selection on our site. We do recommend photos, even if the part is mangled.

Thank you. We did receive your photo of the metal clip, but we don't recognize it. Would it be possible to show us where this metal piece is on the window and the nylon peice it slides into?

Aha, it IS a top sash guide! This is quite unlike anything we carry, though. Please give us a little more time as we look into this. We may be able to find a good substitute from our inventory.

Thanks again for your patience. Similar Viking windows that use a safety side locking device like yours were able to use our 18-009 nylon top sash guide. We never came across a metal angle before, so I'd bet it was home made. Look over the 18-009 and see what you think.
