broken tip

plastic tip on a few of these have broken off so hoping to find a replacement part, stickers are gone or non readable unfortunately

If the are not a match, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between your installation holes, from hole center to hole center. Please write this measurement out as it is hard to reach exact dimensions from the photos of the measuring tape.
