broken weathersgield sash latch

I have a double hung Weathershield window.The latch on the the upper sash has broken. It is about 2-3/8" long and about 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep.I think the weathershield part number is left 941316 and right 941318. Held in with a screw in the middle.

Here is photo , the thumb latch part is broke off.
