window balance is broken on left side of kitchen window that is about 35 - 36 high.
would like to buy new hardware for both sides.

Sure thing. Your picture is showing me the 15-181 double detent clip, which is compatible with the Series 190 coil spring and 15-182 bushing. We also sell the 15-180 pivot shoe, if you need that as well.
