broken window handle

Question

I posted one picture of the broken handle (IMG_7011.jpg) and three pictures of the working window opener next to it. Hopefully you have the parts or a new opener.

Hi David,

Thanks for posting! The handle on your operator cannot be replaced so you'll need to replacement the entire mechanism. It reminds me of the 39-069 Awning Window Lever Operator but be sure to carefully compare the dimensions to confirm.

We do not have a direct replacement for the bracket but you may be able to use the 39-170. You'll just need to remove the old bracket.
