broken window lock

A handy person from upper darby PA says:
I am trying to replace the window locks that are broken on two of my existing double hung vinyl window. The dimensions of drawings are approx. I do not need or want to replace the keepers. I also was unsure how to remove the locks from the sash without drilling out the existing fasteners. They don't appear to be screws to me. look more like a pressed connector or rivet.

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The lock you show was our 90-265 that has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We suggest our 90-021 as a possible replacement but you will need to drill new installation holes. Good luck with your repair!
