broken window part

A home owner from tennessee says:
This is the plastic piece that sits inside of the window that locks into place when the windows are open. The plastic has broken so the window slides down and doesn't remain open.
I need the replacement piece
User submitted a photo of window hardware.

It looks like you need our 15-195 T-lock shoe. I suggest you make sure it's not your balance that is broken. If the shoe broke, it may have been because of a broken balance.
