Attached is a picture of the remains of a window pivot. I believe the broken half is a mirror image. If you can't easily ID from this picture I could possibly take the other window apart and take a picture of the whole piece if need be. There are no markings on this piece that I can see. The window company is no longer in business. I may need two.
