Got a by-fold door at one of my customers, most of the parts are malfunction.
Have you got an agent here in Melbourne Victoria Australia?
The top roller is missing not sure how that looks...

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 23-312 bracket and 23-121 top pivot to yours. We've also related the tracks commonly used with these parts on this page depending on the length you need.
