bypass door top guides

Hi, I maintain an apartment complex and the closet doors are from the late 80's so the nylon tops on the guides are brittle and breaking. in a perfect world i just need the tops but any help would be appreciated. thanks Bill

23-044 worked for me as a replacement for exactly the guide as pictured
