We're hoping to replace just the keeper plate and not the entire hinge,(the flat rounded peice with 2 barbs and a threaded hole in the middle of the half circle). This is item alone, is in the first photo. Gonna need several.
There are characters stamped on the hinge, in one of the photos.
forgot to mention, i believe it is an Amerock hinge. Hopefully we can get just the replacement clamping plates.

Your hinges appear to be designed for a specific application. Our hinges do not use the grey mounting brackets screwed into the base like your hinges, so I am not confident that any of them would work as a suitable replacement but you're welcome to look through our selection here.
In this case, I suspect that your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer directly to see if they might be able to point you in the right direction. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.
