Without seeing the original hinge I can't be certain, but if it looks like the hinge shown here, then as my colleague noted in that discussion, we unfortunately have never been able to find a replacement for this hinge. The 32-107 is our closest match, but we think there's a good chance it may not work for you. You can view the diagrams below as a reference. I am very sorry we cannot be of more help.
