Thanks for posting! This exact MEPLA hinge is no longer available but our 32-353 Edge Mount Cabinet Compact Hinge may work to replacement. Another option to consider is the 32-343 Face Frame Cabinet Compact Hinge.
Carefully look over each of their dimensions on the website. Compare them to determine if either of these could work for your repairs.
