We carry a wide selection of replacement channel balances. To identify the correct replacement for you, we'll need to see an undamaged balance removed from your window since the stamp code on the balance only tells us the spring strength your balance needs to support the weight of your window sash, but not the correct balance replacement. Thank you for sending over the photos. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. I'd recommend double-checking the length of the metal channel, since your stamp would normally indicate a 32" balance. You'll also need a 3150 spring strength option for your replacement balances.
