Caldwell balance 28 3 CALDWELL HM

I have a Jordan window. It has 28 3 CALDWELL HM stamped on the side of the channel base. It measures 1/2 inch wide by 29 inch long. The window including dram measures 33 3/4 inches. From the enclosed picture can you help me with a channel replacement and metal clips.

Thanks for your response. I do have another question. I can not tell from the photo on your website if I need a 15-001 or a 15-002 1x1 shoe. I am including photos. Since you have a return policy I will order 2 of each?

Measure as shown below. For a shoe measuring 1", you will need a Series 351. If it measures 1-1/8", choose Series 390.
