trying to replace a block and tackle window balance that gave way. can you please show me the replacement for what I have. I'm having trouble identifying my exact one from your site. on my old one the numbers stamped on it are

Hi Russell. This looks like either a S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so look over both to see what matches your old hardware. Your balance's stamp code of 20-9 is from an older rating system we no longer use. To know what stamp option to select, weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page.
