cam locks on a pozzi window

I'm needing to replace the cam locks on a pozzi window.

Thanks for considering SWISCO.com. I believe this Pozzi lock has 2-1/4" screw hole distance with an 11/16" set back. Unfortunately we only have the 90-274 lock in white. Let us know if this can work for you.
